As part of the celebrations of 50 years of Ilkeston Basketball, Ilkeston Outlaws Basketball has partnered with Erewash Borough Council to renovate two outdoor basketball areas in the town. The first is now complete at the Wash Meadows play area situated at the car park entrance to Ilkeston Tesco.

With the donation of new backboards and nets by the club, the Parks and Ground works teams at Erewash agreed to re-line and install the donated pieces. It’s hard to disagree that the result has been brilliant.

It is ideal to drop the kids off with a ball whilst you shop at the supermarket.
